Novashop Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

2. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to a repair or replacement of the products if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Returns for Defective Products

3.1. If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, providing the order number, a description of the defect, and photographs of the damage.

3.2. We will review your request and, if the Product is deemed defective, we will offer one of the following options in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Repair: We will repair the defective Product within a reasonable time.
  • Replacement: We will send you an identical or equivalent replacement Product, subject to availability.
  • Refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the defective Product, including original shipping costs.

3.3. We may ask you to return the defective Product at our expense. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Returns for Change of Mind (If Offered)

4.1. If you simply change your mind and no longer wish to keep the Product, you may return it at your own expense within 30 days of receiving it. We will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund.

4.2. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.

4.3. To make a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.4. To initiate a return for a change of mind, please contact us within the specified period.

4.5. The shipping costs for returning Products for a change of mind will be at your expense.

4.6. Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs). We reserve the right to refuse a return if the Product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
